Eleanor L. Warner

We lost the strength of our family the night of Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2022 when we lost our mother and grandmother, Eleanor Moore Warner. She was surrounded by her family and died peacefully from pneumonia complications. Eleanor was a pitcher for the Grand Rapids Chicks in 1953. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Warner; son-in-law, William Trapp; brother, Jim Moore; great-granddaughter, ReaLynn Peckham. Eleanor is survived by her children, Mary Jane (William) Gunst, Tim Warner; granddaughters, Amanda (Allen) Peckham, Kayla Warner (Jed), Carla Warner (Jesse); grandsons, Jacob and Levi Peckham; brother, Clyde Moore Jr.; sister-in-law, Doris Moore. Per Eleanor's wishes, cremation took place and no services will be held. Heaven will have its hands full with this feisty and bossy lady. Rest in Peace mom.
