Lafser, Audrey Susan (NEE Kissel), of Affton, MO was born February 27, in 1926, in St. Louis, MO to the late Alma and John Kissel and entered into rest Sunday, March 19, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frederick A. Lafser Sr. and 6 siblings. She was survived by her 5 children; cherished 9 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.

Audrey was a member all her life of Unity Church of Peace in Lemay, MO. She also played baseball in 1944 for the Minneapolis Millerettes of the All-American Girls’ Professional Baseball League (AAGPBL).

Audrey had an unconditional love for everyone and loved feeding everyone. She adored her children, grand and great-grandchildren who inturn loved and adored her right back. She is missed by all who knew and loved her.

A funeral service was held at Kutis South County Chapel on Thursday, March 23, 2017 with interment at J.B. National Cemetery. Contributions to the Unity Church of Peace were requested.
