Many female athletes have indicated their support for a Women’s Sports Museum for all women athletes. We encourage past, present, and even future young female athletes to attend this event. Nowhere in this country is there one special place for all women athletes, in every sport, to show and tell their stories, past and present, and to tell how participation, monetary achievements, and traditional ideals of femininity have evolved.  Women are no longer excluded from the “social calendar” because they are female, gifted with athletic skills, and wanting the opportunity to compete. We can look back, look ahead, and dream of the future!
