DATES: August 6-Thursday, thru Auust 10th Monday, 2015

LOCATION: South Bend, Indiana

The legendary Ladies will return to familiar ground in the Midwest city, South Bend, Indiana. This city is a special one to those who  share in the History of the League. South Bend was one of the original 4 cities where teams were organized by Mr Phillip Wrigley to open the door for women in America to play baseball at a professional level. This location holds special significanse to all who know the history of the league and has maintained its historical importance by supporting archival institutions which house many of the original documents from the formation and maintenance of the league over its 12 year history. The documents are preserved at the library at the University of Notre Dame as well as an extensive display including a large digital collection of photos and artifacts from hundreds of players who contributed to the AAGPBL-PA Archives established at the South Bend Museum of History.

You can join in the celebration by becoming an Associate member  . or just stop bye and meet the ladies first hand. The players will be scheduled to visit the Archives in South Bend on Friday, August 7th from 3PM to 8Pm.  Players will be available to sign autographs for the public at no charge at this event  or on Sunday, August 9th from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Four Winds Field Celebration (Formally Covalski Stadium).

Come see the players who played in the League that was embelished in History in the film, "A League of Their Own". This may be your only opportunity to see these gals. This is a rare historical event. Hope to see many of the young girls and their families  come out to one of the FREE autograph sessions.
